Contact
Contact me for a free 20 minute introductory call
I offer a free, no-obligation 20-minute telephone or Microsoft Teams call, giving us a chance to talk and help you decide whether I might be the right fit for you.
There is no expectation to make a decision during the call, and I won't contact you afterwards to ask what you've decided. It's a genuinely pressure-free opportunity to help you make the choice that feels right for you.
If you're wondering whether counselling might help, or simply have a question, you're welcome to get in touch by email or text too.
You don't need to explain everything straight away. A first message can simply be a way to start the conversation.
You don't have to have everything figured out before taking the first step

Response time
I aim to respond within 24–48 hours, and will let you know via my voice message or automatic reply if this is likely to be longer
Please note that email is not monitored continuously. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent support, please contact emergency services (999) or a crisis support service.
What next?
When you contact me, I'll reply and answer any questions you may have. If you would like to explore counselling further, we can arrange a free introductory call.
This gives you the opportunity to ask questions, understand how I work, and decide whether counselling with me feels right for you.
There is no pressure to commit.
